CQ LRS 2006 award presented to Chris G0WBC from Chairman Mike G4SJX

Congratulations to Chris G0WBC. Winner of the CQ LRS trophy from Chairman Mike G4SJX and club members at the June open meeting.
The CQ LRS activity, brainchild of Leicester radio enthusiast David M1KTM, took place from December 2006 to January 2007 to encourage members and friends of LRS to "get on the air" using various modes of communication.
Thanks to all participants.
The trophy is a valve type JAN-CH5813 previously owned by Cliff G3WBC and John G4OOS, past  silent key club members
